All features of Version 2.0.18 work with Outlook Express.
This version can be used with Outlook and other programs but the user
must manually:
1. Set up e-mail program to receive incoming messages from localhost
2. Add contact list to friends list.
Support for Outlook and Eudora is coming soon.

1. Currently My Spam Gone only waits 20 seconds before
checking server
again, change to a variable with a default of 10 minutes.

3. Add program to extract Outlook Contacts (address book).

5. Validate that we get referrer code from tracking data.
6. Fix process of deleting an account.
7. Add My Spam Gone ICON (right part of logo with mail being trashed)
to program.

8. Move most of the created files and the address book extract programs
to sub-folders.
9. Add an install/uninstall program that will create shortcut.
